DO YOU WAKE UP EVERY NIGHT AT THE SAME TIME? THIS IS WHAT IT MEANS…

  • 3 am to 5 am

This is when the meridian that services the lungs is strongest. Of course, we are always breathing, but during these hours the lungs are given a boost of energy and are replenished for the day ahead.

To breathe the body has to be relaxed, so waking up during this time could indicate a blockage or inability to go with the flow and relax into the direction that life is taking you.

The lungs also symbolize where we process grief and sadness, so if you have been feeling emotional, you may also wake around this time.

To ease any emotional feelings at this time, try to release control over events and have more faith and trust in the flow of the Universe. You may also benefit from taking deep, conscious breaths.

  • 5 am to 7 am

This time is for cleansing and renewal of the large intestine. This makes perfect sense because most of us have a bowel movement at this time. To help with the process, it is important to drink plenty of water. (source)

Emotionally, this time is associated with a feeling of being stuck, defensive, or impatience about the lack of movement or growth in life. This is the perfect time to chant some uplifting morning mantras.
