Churro Cheesecake Dip
15 minutes to prepare serves 6-8
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup french vanilla creamer
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2-1 cup powdered sugar, as needed
Vanilla wafers, garnish
Graham crackers, garnish
In a large bowl or mixer, beat cream cheese for 1-2 minutes, or until fluffy.
Add in heavy cream and vanilla creamer and beat until incorporated, then mix in vanilla extract, cinnamon and powdered sugar.
Beat on high for 3-5 minutes, or until mixture thickens, then transfer to serving bowl.
Optional: refrigerate at least 30 minutes to give flavors a chance to blend and build.
Serve with graham crackers or vanilla wafers.
