1 cup Amish Friendship Bread starter
2 cups flour
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar, divided
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons cinnamon, divided
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
Preheat oven to 325°F and lightly grease 2 9×5-inch loaf pans with non stick spray.
Mix together 1/2 cup of the sugar and 1 teaspoon of the cinnamon and dust the greased pans with half of cinnamon/sugar mixture. Set remaining cinnamon mixture aside.
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except reserved cinnamon/sugar mixture, and mix well.
Pour batter evenly into prepared loaf pans. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon/sugar mixture over the top.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 1 hour.
Cool 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
