3. Deodorizes Cutting Boards
Sprinkle some baking soda on the cutting board, scrub it well and rinse.
4. Stovetop Tough Cleaning
Make a paste out of water and baking soda. Apply it on the stovetop with a damp sponge. Let it sit for 30 minutes, scrub it and rinse.
5. Freshens Drains
Pour a box of baking soda down the drain and all the odors will be gone.
6. Garbage Cans
Sprinkle the bottom of the trash cans with baking soda, and you will keep the bad smells away.
7. Unclogs Drains
Pour ½ – 1 cup of baking soda down the drain and pour an equal amount of vinegar. After 5 minutes, pour some boiling water, and the drains will flow up freely.
8. Cuts Grease
In your regular dish soap add one tablespoon of baking soda and soak your greasy dishes. Baking soda will eliminate the grease, and they will be easier to clean.
9. Microwave Cleanup
On a damp cloth sprinkle some baking soda and gently scrub away all the microwave mess. Your microwave not only will be clean but deodorized as well.
