I made this apple crisp for dessert the other night and it was DELICIOUS! I loved how the aroma of fall filled my home while it was baking. The only thing wrong with this recipe…….it doesn’t last long! 🙁 Apples and cinnamon and nutmeg, OH MY!

-Just FYI, I used 4 Envy apples sliced medium and yielded 4 cups in a glass measuring cup and added a few shakes of cardamom to the spices listed and voila! It was wonderful! Baked it in a glass square Pyrex 8×8 sprayed with non-stick spray for 32 minutes. Also, just FYI, I used Old-Fashioned oats and not quick…Blessings! Thank you for an easy tasty recipe!

-I am thinking of doubling the receipe, how do you think that would work as an 8 in pan is pretty small an i like leftovers
