Whole 30 Ranch Dressing

Lightened Up Ranch Dressing
15 minutes to prepare serves 6

1/3 cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk
1 cup olive oil-based (or vegan) mayonnaise
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
3 tablespoons chives
2 tablespoons Italian parsley
2 tablespoons dill
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Combine cashew milk and mayonnaise with apple cider vinegar and white wine vinegar in the bowl of a food processor and let sit for 5 minutes, or until “curdled.” This process emulates the buttermilk in traditional ranch dressing.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, chives, parsley, dill and lemon juice, then pulse for 15-20 seconds, or until smooth.
Taste and season with salt and pepper, if desired, then transfer to an air-tight container and store in the fridge.
