THE VERY Easy BEST SALISBURY STEAK

I just made this tonight. My boyfriend absolutely loved it! The only change I made was that I only had regular cream of mushroom, not golden mushroom, but it still turned out delicious. My boyfriend thinks it was better than restaurant Salisbury steak. Oh, one other thing…I used regular 80/20 ground beef instead of ground round. The flat, oval patties I made shrunk and got fat. They released a lot of fat (which I drained). Next time, I’ll use a leaner meat. But, the patties were very moist. This recipe is definitely a keeper!!!

This was wonderful! It reminded me of when I was a kid and my mom would cook the frozen salisbury steak dinner. I did make a major substitution, using ground turkey instead of ground round but only because that’s what I had on hand. I can’t wait to make it using g.r.!
