INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz barbecue sauce (I used Sweet Baby Ray’s)
- 1/8 loving cup bourbon
- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon earth white pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 3 tablespoons packed nighttime brownish sugar
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 6 slices uncooked bacon, cutting into small-scale pieces
INSTRUCTIONS
- Light the grill together with oestrus to medium-high
- In a small-scale bowl, combine the BBQ sauce together with bourbon. Mix well.
- In a nutrient processor, combine the kosher salt, white pepper, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, nighttime brownish sugar, smoked paprika, together with bacon. Pulse until completely smooth.
- Put the chicken pieces inward a bowl together with and then rub amongst the bacon paste. Once well-coated, thread the chicken pieces onto skewers.
- Place the kebabs on the preheated grill. Cook for nigh v minutes per side, or until nearly cooked through.
- Brush the kebabs amongst the bourbon barbecue sauce together with make for an additional infinitesimal on each side.
- Serve amongst the remaining BBQ sauce.
