Slow Cooker Strawberry Heaven – Easy and Tasty!


To make a strawberry pudding,

you require: 1 angel food cake,

8 ounces cream cheese,

1 container (16 ounces) whipped cream,

3 ounces of strawberry crush.

Other than these you need: 1 cup sugar,

1 quart freshly cut strawberries,

1 teaspoon vanilla extract,

3 tablespoon cornstarch,

1 table spoon lemon juice and a cup of water.

These are all you need to prepare your favorite strawberry pudding.


Take a medium, sized sauce pan and combine ½ cup sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, strawberry crush, and water. Now cook this mixture over medium heat and keep stirring continuously. Stir it until the mixture boils and gets a bit thicker. Then set this aside to cool down and later put some sliced strawberries in it.
Now tear the angel food cake into pieces of about 1 inch and toss it with 2 cups of whipped cream. Now press these pieces of cake as layers in the pudding vessel and set it aside. Now take a bowl and mix sugar cream cheese and vanilla in it. Beat this mixture until it gets smoother. Now spread the cream mixture over the layers of the cake evenly. Now pour the strawberry mixture over it and spread it evenly. Garnish it with your favorite toppings and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Your strawberry pudding is ready to serve. This pudding can serve 15 people.
