No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

1 1/2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs (about 12 graham cracker sheets)
1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
10 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted and divided (1 stick + 2 tablespoons )
1 1/4 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 1/4 Cups Dark Chocolate Chips
1/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 teaspoon Flaky Sea Salt (Optional)

Line an 8-inch baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, 6 tablespoons of melted butter, and powdered sugar until combined. Press the peanut butter mixture into the prepared baking dish, and set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips by heating them in the microwave in 30-second intervals. Add the remaining 4 tablespoons of melted butter and the heavy cream to the melted chocolate, and stir until combined.
Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish over the peanut butter mixture, using an offset spatula to spread it evenly into the corners and across the top. Refrigerate for 45 minutes or up to overnight, until the chocolate is cooled and set. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt, if using, and cut into squares.
Chef Tips
Lining your baking dish with parchment paper or foil will allow you to easily remove the bars after setting.
If you want the bars to be a little less sweet, decrease the amount of powdered sugar to 1 cup and add a pinch of salt to the peanut butter mixture.
