Mexican Beef Casserole

*ingredients
° 10 to 12 oz bag of tortilla chips
° 1 pound ground beef
° 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
° 1 small onion, chopped
°1 box of cream of chicken soup
°Half a cup of water
°1 packet taco seasoning
° 2 cups  cheese
° Sour cream and sauce for garnish
*instructions:
The first step:
Preheat oven to 325*
Fry the minced meat with chopped onions, drain the fat
The second step:
Add the black beans, tomatoes, taco seasoning, cream of chicken soup, and water.
Stirring to mixed  well
Third step:
Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes to heat everything up well
Lightly spray a 9 x 13 baking dish
The fourth step:
Layer on the bottom with lightly mashed tortilla chips
Spoon half of the meat mixture on top of the chips
Fifth step:
Sprinkle half of the cheese
Put another layer of tortilla chips
Sixth step:
Pour the rest of the meat and beans mixture over the chips
Sprinkle the rest of the shredded cheddar cheese
Seventh step:
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until bubbling
Leave it on the stove for 5 minutes before serving
Serve this dish with salsa and sour cream.
