MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE
Ingredients:
1 yellow cake mix
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges (11 oz can with liquid)
Place all ingredients in a bowl. Beat together 3-4 minutes. Do not add any other ingredients.
Pour equally into 3 round cake pans.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
Icing:
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple in it’s own juice (20 oz)
1 Pkg vanilla instant pudding (3.5 oz)
1 (13 oz) container Cool Whip
Mix together Pudding and Pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip. Frost one layer at a time then frost top and all sides. Refrigerate. Super moist delicious!!
