Breakfast: a soft-boiled egg, a cup of apple juice

Snack: a slice of toasted bread, a cup of apple juice

Lunch: 100 grams of cooked meat, 2 boiled potatoes, 4 lettuce leaves

Dinner: 200 grams of boiled fish, one hard-boiled egg, lettuce, fresh or canned peas

Before going to bed: a cup of apple juice, a slice of toasted bread

Wednesday

Breakfast: a cup of low-fat milk, a slice of toasted bread

Snack: 100 grams of low-fat cheese

Lunch: 100 grams of rice, 150 grams of fresh cabbage salad with a tbsp of lemon juice and chopped parsley

Dinner: 100 grams of cooked meat, an apple, 4 lettuce leaves

Before going to bed: a cup of apple juice, a slice of toasted bread
