HONEY GARLIC RIBS

Ingredients

  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • Optional: sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Season the racks of baby back ribs generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and grated ginger. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is heated through and slightly thickened.
  4. Place the seasoned ribs on the grill or in a baking dish if using the oven.
  5. Grill or bake the ribs for 1.5-2 hours, or until tender and cooked through, brushing with the honey garlic sauce every 20-30 minutes.
  6. Once the ribs are cooked, remove them from the grill or oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
  7. Slice the racks of ribs into individual portions and serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
