INGREDIENTS

- 1 pkg Yellow cake mix with pudding included
- 1/2 c oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 11 oz. mandarin oranges w/ juice
- 8 oz cool whip
- 1 box instant coconut cream pudding
- 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple drained
- 1 tsp vanilla
PREPARATION

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Mix cake mix, oil, eggs, and oranges. Bake 20-25 min. Turn out onto tray. 3. Mix Coconut pudding, pineapple, Cool Whip, and vanilla. Apply to cool cake, refrigerate 1 hr.
