Ham and Cheese Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients:
**For the Hash Brown Layer:**
– 1 (32-ounce) package frozen hash browns, thawed
– 1/4 cup chopped onion
– 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
– 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
**For the Ham and Cheese Layer:**
– 1 (12-ounce) package diced ham
– 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of celery soup
– 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
– 1 cup milk
– 1 teaspoon dried parsley
– 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
**For the Topping:**
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup bread crumbs
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, combine the hash browns, onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper. Spread evenly into the prepared baking dish.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the ham, cream of celery soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Pour over the hash brown layer.
4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the ham and cheese mixture.
5. In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over the casserole.
6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
7. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
