Grilled Foil Packet With Italian Sausage and Peppers
Ingredients for sausage and pepper foil pack
2 lb Italian Sausage
2 Red Bell Peppers
2 Yellow Bell Peppers
1 Red Onion
Salt
Pepper
Directions
1. Cut Italian sausage into slices.
2. Cut vegetables into large wedges.
3. Mix meat and vegetables together and salt and pepper to taste.
4. Wrap in a foil packet and grill for 20 minutes or until sausage is cooked through.
5. Serve.
