Grilled Chicken Sandwiches W/ Cilantro Lime Mayo

This was a spur of the moment idea that turned out great, super fast and healthy.
-Just finished dinner of this delicious chicken sandwich with chips and fresh fruit salad. I could have eaten the mayo from the spoon; it was so good. I refrained and put it on the sandwich. My husband loved it. I never eat raw onion on chicken but was determined to fix it just like the recipe said, and it was good. I only had Kaiser Rolls, but I toasted them and they worked perfectly. Thank you for a great dinner.
-you can make your own seasoning salt free
chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder even cayenne if you like spicy just mix and store. Take care 🙂 I have a ton of kids so I always do things on the cheap
-I ran across this recipe last week when I was trying to figure out yet another way to prepare chicken. Instead of the avocado slices, though, I made guacamole, AND the garlic/cilantro mayo, and served the chicken on soft Italian rolls. What a hit! Will definitely make this again! Yum!
-Sherri is so right, I rarely add salt to my recipes, those ingredients will absolutely give you a Mexican flavor, great advise Chef Sherri!
