INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup long grain rice do not use instant
- 1 10 oz can french onion soup condensed
- 1 10 oz can beef broth
- ½ cup unsalted butter sliced into pats
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 425F.

Add the rice, soup and broth to an 8×8 or similar sized baking dish. Stir to combine.

Top the rice mixture with the butter pats and cover the dish with foil

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil, then bake for another 30 minutes.

Garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve immediately, enjoy!
