Ingredients
- 2- 14.5 oz diced tomatoes (regular or Mexican style)
- 1 small can diced green chilies
- ¼ bunch cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 whole green onions
- ½ tbsp sugar
- salt and pepper
- Additional add-ins:
- peaches
- pineapple
- jalepenos
- anaheim pepper
- bell pepper
- lime
Instructions
- Mince all ingredients in a food processor except tomatoes. Add tomatoes, pulse a couple more times, or until it reaches the consistency you prefer. Refrigerate before serving!
