Staying busy with gardening and outdoor projects seems to help during these uncertain times and I’ve been puttering around the Potting Shed and doing a little spring clean up. Gardening can be a great stress reliever even it’s daily small tasks, like weeding, watering, dividing plants or sowing some seeds.
If you’re able to get outdoors, just reading while listening to the birds while enjoying some fresh air and sunshine can be therapeutic and good for your mental health!
