DIY Christmas Garland Out of Toilet Paper Roll

You’ll have cut the paper rolls into rings then tie the yarn all around!

Here it is! Looks like a jellyfish… anyway next step is to tie the top!

See that little hat coming together?

Cut the top off and here you have it! A tiny little winter hat! I made 3 of these!

Then it was time to tie them to the garland!
