Delicious Slow Cooker Italian Beef Sandwiches with Pepperoncinis

Ingredients
  • 3lb chuck roast
  • 1 envelope Zesty Italian salad dressing mix
  • 12 oz pepperoncini pepper slices + splash of juice (plus extra for serving)
  • 12 oz Giardiniera (Chicago-Style Italian Sandwich Mix,) drained (plus extra for serving)
  • 14.5oz can beef broth
  • Provolone cheese slices
  • Buns
Instructions
  1. Drop all items (aside from cheese and buns) inside crockpot. Cook on low for 8 hours. Shred beef using two forks. Serve on hoagie buns with provolone cheese!
