Ingredients
- 3lb chuck roast
- 1 envelope Zesty Italian salad dressing mix
- 12 oz pepperoncini pepper slices + splash of juice (plus extra for serving)
- 12 oz Giardiniera (Chicago-Style Italian Sandwich Mix,) drained (plus extra for serving)
- 14.5oz can beef broth
- Provolone cheese slices
- Buns
Instructions
- Drop all items (aside from cheese and buns) inside crockpot. Cook on low for 8 hours. Shred beef using two forks. Serve on hoagie buns with provolone cheese!
