I’ve been making this recipe once a week for a couple of months though, so I think it’s safe to say that it’s one of my favorites. It’s quickly become my go-to recipe when I give freezer meals as gifts. When you taste how delicious it is, you’ll know why.
Truth be told, I actually ended up making this recipe up – it’s very, very simple. I had received different variations of beef roast recipes from some of you – so I ended up adding ingredients that I had and leaving out ingredients that I didn’t. This roast was incredibly tender and I liked the slightly sweet flavor that came from the Coke. It was a big hit with the handsome husband.
