I always wanted to make a cake in a crock pot.. so now I do. THE SMELL OF THIS CAKE WILL DRIVE YOU CRAZY!!!
Cook time: 4 Hr Prep time: 5 Min Serves: 12
Ingredients
1 box chocolate cake mix
4 large eggs
3/4 c oil
1 c water
1 pt sour cream
1 small instant chocolate pudding box
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
1. Mix first 6 items well. (I like mixer set to low.)
2. Add chocolate chips and mix in by hand.
3. Spray a large crock pot with non-stick spray. (If your pot runs a little hot, line it with heavy duty aluminum foil.) Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours. (DON’T OPEN THE LID!!!) Serve with vanilla ice cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
