Creole Sauce

INGREDIENTS
  • ⅔ cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½-1 tablespoon prepared horseradish, to taste
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
PREPARATION
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl or jar until fully combined.
  2. Cover and chill for 1 hour before using.
  3. Serve sauce with meat, seafood, or veggies.
