INGREDIENTS
3 cups milk (whole, soy, 2%, almond, or non-fat)
¾ cup pumpkin puree, unsweetened
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 ½ cups brewed espresso or dark roast coffee
PREPARATION
Pour milk into a large saucepan over medium heat. Add pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and whisk to combine.
Stir frequently until ingredients are well blended and milk is warmed through.
Add hot espresso or coffee and stir to combine.
Ladle pumpkin spice latte into mugs. Serve as-is or top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground nutmeg. Enjoy!
