cinnamon (Ceylon cinnamon is the best, if you can find it)

Preparation method and use:
Pour the water in a small pot and bring it to boil. Add the cinnamon and let it simmer for a couple of minutes. Set it aside, turn off the stove and let the mixture cool down for a bit. Finally add the honey and stir everything to combine.
