Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake

Super easy to make and can be used as a dessert or a breakfast treat.
-WOW. I just noticed that I pinched this recipe two years and two months ago and have not made it yet. UNREAL! Well, I’m going to print it now so I’ll have it handy when I want to make it. I know it’s fantastic. Thanks again for sharing this recipe, Donata.
-I had to use TWO cans of Pillsbury cinnamon rolls to cover the bottom of the 9 x 13 baking dish. One can just would not stretch far enough, even by using a rolling pin! Used only ONE can of cresent rolls that did very nice.I did not use the called for icing since I already had icing that came with the Two cans of cinnamon rolls. The baking dish emptied very quickly. Love it..easiest cheesecake ever!
-OK, I’m going to take a stab at answering the question of putting the dough into the pan. When Pillsbury makes these rolls, the lay out a sheet of dough and spread cinnamon and sugar on it. Then they roll it up. Then they cut it into individual rolls. So when you open the can, pretend that they forgot to cut it into individual rolls and just unroll it into the pan. But since it really was cut into individual rolls, you’ll then have to pinch the seams together. At least that’s how I understand it!
