CHOCOLATE COCONUT COOKIE TRUFFLES {YUM YUM BALLS}

 

Ingredients

2 cups crushed cookie crumbs (you can use Marie biscuits , digestive biscuits, graham cracker, nilla wafer, arrowroot cookies, etc.)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 (14oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup, dry, unsweetened coconut flakes
extra coconut for rolling
Instructions

Combine the cookie crumbs, cocoa powder, sweetened condensed milk, and 1 cup coconut in a large bowl. mix until combined and sticky.
Roll into 1 inch balls.
Coat the balls in the extra coconut.
Chill in fridge, or place in freezer (this is how my Australian friend enjoys them) until ready to eat. Enjoy!
