Ingredients
- ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1½ cups elbow macaroni, cooked and cooled
- 2 cups cheese, mixed, of your choice, (used mozzarella and cheddar cheese), shredded and divided
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated or powdered
- 1 egg, beaten
- ⅓ cup half-and-half
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, divided, shredded
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt and ground black pepper, to season
To Serve:
- ⅛ tsp parsley, per serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk half of the mixed cheeses, parmesan cheese, half-and-half, egg, butter, and garlic together.
- Add the shrimp and cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper, then toss to combine evenly.
- Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle on the rest of the mozzarella.
- Bake for 25 minutes until the shrimp are pink and the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
