If you aren’t a cabbage lover as of yet you will be after you try this recipe. I’m telling ya, folks, this beef and cabbage casserole is what good food is all about. it’s flavorful, robust, and full of yummy goodness. I love how the beef flavors the cabbage. who knew a vegetable could taste like meat? LOL I’m not sure if the picky eater sin your life will be sold on this meal but I can tell you that my middle son who is an incredibly picky eater at least gave it a try. Usually, he just opts for a hot dog when I make anything with cabbage in it.
This beef and cabbage casserole is super easy to make and doesn’t require too many ingredients. The ingredients that it does require aren’t fancy in the least and you might even have everything in your kitchen. isn’t it great when you don’t need to make an extra stop at the grocery store?
