Ingredients
- 1 ounce grenadine
- ½ ounce silver rum
- 1 ounce coconut rum
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce pineapple rum
- ¾ ounce pineapple juice
- 1 ounce blue curaçao
- Ice
- Pineapple wedge for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add ice, grenadine, and silver rum.
- Shake to chill.
- Strain into highball glass.
- In a clean cocktail shaker (you can rinse out the one you just used), add ice, coconut rum, and pineapple juice.
- Shake to chill.
- Strain into a highball glass, pouring down the back of a bar spoon to create a second layer.
- In aclean cocktail shaker, add ice, pineapple rum, pineapple juice, and blue curaçao.
- Shake to chill.
- Strain into a highball glass, pouring down the back of a bar spoon to create a third layer.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
