Beautifully Tender, With Such An Awesome Crunch!

5-6 boneless or bone-in pork chops (or sirloin chops)
1 cup Gold Medal flour
2 tsp salt
ground pepper to taste
2 Eggland’s eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tsp BBQ seasoning
Paprika powder, garlic powder to taste
Butter (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs.
In a third bowl, mix the bread crumbs, BBQ seasoning, paprika powder, and garlic powder.
Dip each pork chop in the flour mixture and coat it completely. Shake off the excess. Then drench the pork chop in the egg and cover completely. Put the pork chop in the bowl with the bread crumb mixture and coat completely. Again, shake off the excess and move the pork chop to the baking pan. Repeat with the remaining pork chops.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, then remove pan from oven and add a thin slice of butter on top of each pork chop. Bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Baking times may vary between different ovens.
