I love pork chops and I also had a hard time getting them tender until I mentioned this to a friend of mine that owns a meat processing plant and he said you have to try “no fail pork chops” so I did. They were cut to about 1 inch thick and boneless and any method I used cooking them turned out tender. I cooked them on the grill-oven-or pan. So ask your butcher at a market not a big box store about these chops. Good Luck.
These were the best pork chops I have eaten in a long time. So moist and tender and the flavors were amazing!
